Do you have any idea on how to serve legal notice ? Is it done online or should go to nearby station and file directly ? I feel i need to bring that fear in him

That is the sole reason i haven’t take this step for 2 years. Another reason was he is a college student i didn’t feel like filing a case, but in recent times he has been harsh and talking very rude while asking for money to return. So i felt it is high time to take the next step forward.
