MLast october I had asked him to vacate by the end of the month, he asked us to wait till January (all the things done verbally)
Now hes asking to stay till August and i know he will ask for some more time as this cycle is happening since last year.So my question is…
1.Till when shall i ask him to vacate
2. If he doesn’t vacate, has an outstanding amount and doesn’t pay it what should be my next steps??
I don’t even want the outstanding now (its bonus if he gives it, but i dont think he will), i just want him to vacate that place….
