Ideally, you have to go for an execution petition.

But, you can also file a complaint with the Ombudsman (can be done on your own, online, no hassle). They are actually efficient.

Lawyer here. Dude, please, no. That guy is a fraud. He has 0 knowledge and by no means can contest a case. Please stay away from that guy.
