      Since the account was not in operation since 2020 it will be in Dormant status. If your relative can visit the nearest branch with their KYC documents, they can request for the account to be activated again. Once activated, they can simply GPAY the amount back to you. GPAY can be activated without ATM card as well, as long as she has access to the registered number of her account and aadhar.

        Most debit freeze imposed due to profile mismatch is undertaken by the central team of the bank. If your case just submitting Pan card will not suffice. You will have to write a letter explaining the source of income and proofs to branch and ask them to update your profession details and income range. Once the branch forwards these details and your profile is updated transactions will look in-line with the profile.
