If owner calls you tell him calmly that he should deal with zoomcar and next time he calls you will give his number to your lawyer and tell him that you will TRY to drag this case to Haryana court AND HE WILL NEED TO TRAVEL AND DEAL WITH THIS.

As Insurance company in India will fight with someone who claim damages from them as if he files for FIR Insurance company will be on the hook to fight that case. Company will fight for even a single paise (not rupee but PAISA) so if he wants to do FIR it is his problem just Inform your insurance company and ask them what you need to do. Its there daily work to go for court one extra case won’t harm them.
This thing opposite party knows so they will call you to police station to put pressure on you.just tell them that you have informed your insurance company and if they want to file FIR their is nothing to talk further.

My company got a bond signed of 1lakh and they said that they will train us in a certain software and for them cost of training is 1 lakh.
Now when I left the company they asked the same amount ie 1lakh from me I refused and told them that the training is far less outside for the same software ie 30k
They threaten me with legal case I was lucky that the next company I joined I was given services of in house lawyer ie zero charge who advised me to pay them value of the training ie 30k to them and he send a legal notice to them for the same.Matter was settled as he also said that courts would also say the same but if you go in courts company will not also get this amount as it takes time and court are soft on employees and might deduct a legal fee from 30k and your company will get far less then the amount they spend.
MI hope you have some savings if yes then use that saving to to get out of it.I would suggest you settle amount taking hit on his credit score so he can’t take loans in future.
If no saving to settle then the advice for auction of house is the only thing is their.
I would suggest you sell the house before this situation happens as auction prices are low.
MHave you had any major training from them ?
They can only ask for that training cost from you nothing extra.If they can show that clearly and that amount to 50k then go outside and ask around that training worth in rupees value then one cand decide he same.
If not proof is shown they payed for training it is illegal.
MWell the husband asked for alimony and maintenance.And wife is not taking transfer (means she can) is not choosing to live with husbands family and wants him to go to her which husband can’t as he might have his reasons(taking care of his parents and other obligations) which she is not interested.

I suggest you then go tell here that you wanna seek a mutual divorce, this time their might be a possibility she will think to retaliate by putting false cases on you so be ready for all that.
