Somehow I doubt the genuinety of your post.

Anyone scammed of such an amount would be upset and trying there best legally.

However when someone talks about FIR/courts you shut them down saying it’s impossible..

A low key way is check which company he is working and send an email toHR of that company. That could help. Not proud of it but we have used this route once.

Or just spend a few lakhs and file cases on him
