MI had this issue with a tenant who stopped paying me rent, did not pay electricity and would even create nuisance for other people. We filed a legal notice but no avail.
On the day agreement date got over, I went to local police station and notified the issue and informed that I will be locking the property. Police of course didnot want to do anything as nothing had happened yet. But I said I am going at 9 PM alone as a lady so if anything happens how am I supposed to do anything about it. He then took the complaint and gave me his number to call in case any help is needed.
So I went and threw out tenant and locked it. I created big ruckus and showed no mercy to tenants plea. I told him I give half hour to clear out the place, showed him photocopy of police complaint and then he understood he cannot escape. In half hour he was out. Few furniture was left behind which we allowed him to take after 5 days. It was of course not a prudent move to do this late in the night being a woman but sometimes it helps being a woman where police took heed to my issues.
Mi was literally a part of this scam day before yesterday. One of our friend got hacked and from her number we got msg of requesting code.many people in our circle got same scam msg. Few people got request of money for emergency purpose and few people did pay scamster. Now we are millenials, doctors by professio so we all should be aware and not fall for this unlike senior citizen but yet people fall for it. We cant help stupidity.
Tbf its a flash msg which pops up where with it says with click of code and gain access to your whatsapp. Even before you read and understand it, its human nature to click as we click accept for terms and conditions.
MI swear, algorithm and news always gives us bias.I personally know many inter religious marriages where no conversion, no trauma. I am myself married to Muslim. Neither of us converted nor we follow any religion. We celeberate all festivals with respective families. Its not a big deal.
Main issue is grooming girls at young age by predators who are older than them. But this is seen across all religions and regions.
MIts one time. But if you renew it again after the initial 3 yrs are over the broker again expects payment.MI have heard this 3 times now in my life. I have always told them do whatever the fuck they want, I am not giving any extra money for deals which happens later. I am a woman and have abused these men, have raised my voice against them multiple times. After 4 times of max conversatio , i simply block their number.One guy even came to my house multiple times. I told him if you dont stop coming I will put a police complaint against you for harrasing me.
Once they realise you arent gonna pay up they stop troubling. They try usually for 2 months. Brokers are the worst people ever.
MI quit a job 5 months in and after I had put down my papers the department announced bonus payable after end of the quarter as one project made good profits. I had worked on that project but I had put down my papers so I never expected it. Anyways I joined other company, forgot all about this. To my surprise they paid me the bonus for 5 months I worked and contributed to project.My manager in that company would often call and ask about me. She even asked if I would like to be back after 3 yrs of quitting since the working structure had changed to what I wanted. At exit interview I gave honest feedback as to why I am quitting so fast. It was good management, just the working structure was not something I could do long term. Management understood and we parted on good terms.
