Even if not valid prenup will still be somewhat mentally useful & to ensure that no dowry was taken. I watched a video of a lawyer and he said even though not valid still it will lead to a better

I’m in the same situation 53k , I know the address, his father’s/home address still I don’t want my hands to get dirty.Its been 1.5 year and few days back I informed his father and he said “I want to live my life I’m frustrated.”
Will wait for a year and then I’ll file a complaint or go with legal route as I read that one must complain within max 3 years

Transfer everything to parents and make a will for that items if necessary…
Salary… Ask the boss to give the salary in split if that’s possible for few months
