NYeah go for it and today only my complaint got closed and in remarks there was a mail in which 3 high officials of hdfc was handling my case.
Attach all your mails and proofs and also write in it that you are ready for any due diligence is required at your side.Tip- use chat gpt to format all your complaint body.
NWhere in the world hdfc manager salary is 30k its starts from 66k and they touch feets of only high volume customers.
