May 7, 2026 at 2:26 amPeople here on reddit always keep advising to file a police case for every accident, but in reality, this is what happens. Common people, with jobs dont have time, energy and money to waste on such things, we already have a lot of issues in life. This is what zero dep insurance is for. To cover for the damages and just get the repairs done.
As long as no physical injury has happened, there is no point in filing a police case just because the other party was arrogant.
Police was also advising you to settle because they know the reality, not because they were with the other party.
People must stop putting their ego above everything and start using their brains.

April 30, 2025 at 2:14 amBecause many douchebags run a scam. They order something from amazon and then return something else while they keep the original received item and then get refund. This scam has been going around a lot, hence we folks have started to suffer now.April 26, 2025 at 3:13 am in reply to: NEED LEGAL ADVICE! April 26, 2025 at 3:13 amNAL. But I own a company and I would advise you to send a notice to the company from a lawyer demanding the notice pay.A company reserves the right to change the terms but they have to inform you about the new changes before they come into effect and also both parties need to sign on the new changed terms.
Most companies would pay up just by the notice but If they donโt, just pursue the case and court would add legal fees and additional compensation along with the pending dues.
They are just a bunch of cheaters, good riddance OP. All the best for your future.

April 26, 2025 at 3:10 amHow is that legal? If it is mentioned that 3 months notice is to be served, it is to be served or to be bought out by either party wanting to end it early. If in past you could do it easily because you never encountered an employee who would pursue it legally.
If an employee decides to legally pursue it, they will definitely win the case and you will have to pay their legal expenses plus court will add some extra money for mental harassment as well.

April 13, 2025 at 2:50 amTrapping freshers? Bro are you delusional or what? Donโt get trapped then! Donโt join a company which asks you to sign such things.Have you ever wondered why such contracts exist only mostly for freshers? Because they are just like you, delusional. They would join, get trained and then make shit up like I am not destined to do this, I would quit, I just want to do Mba, Iโd quit. I donโt like the location, Iโd quit. Blah blah.
Companies incur huge losses in hiring replacements and training them again. That is why they have such contracts especially for freshers.

April 13, 2025 at 2:45 amKind of ok but half of it BS and I have cross checked this with a lawyer. Reasonable compensation comes into play only when the demanded compensation is absurd.April 13, 2025 at 2:43 am in reply to: Tata Elxsi won case against employee who quit before 18months bond period. #16583NNiravmaster827

April 9, 2025 at 3:13 amNo! Private cars CANNOT be used commercially. Insurance will deny claim if they find out. March 28, 2025 at 3:41 amBut can tenants get their address in documents like aadhar/bank accounts changed using leave and license agreements? I have seen people ask for rent agreements everywhere. So will this not cause issues for owners? -
