      If you have proofs of salary given in cash. Separate register entries, and originals being asked on email/message.
      File a complaint to labour commissioner.

        In my experience, Some companies don’t touch candidates with 3 months of notice, Some Companies wait if they want you.

        If you pass your interviews with very good feedback, good companies will wait.

            As per my limited knowledge in this field, there is no legal specification to declare any specific period of notice period as unlawful. so 3 months notice period is not illegal or unlawful.
