I highly suggest him to get the CCTV photoages of the fight b/w him and his friend when he’s taking out the videos.

Surrender to the police while getting the anticipatory bail order on health or any relevant grounds.

Give deposition that those videos was in phone and leaked by him (his estranged friend). They had consensual acts and show proofs of dating.

If both of you are 21+ then please get married in Arya Samajh Mandir first in any far away district of Gujarat or nearby state. Then demand a police protection from the SP/SSP/DIG rank officer or District Magistrate till the marriage is registered.
