It will be issue for next company.. its 15 days to my resignation and they are just yelling that no early release possible and all that where it is clearly written in the policy that if senior management approves we can pay in lieu of shortened np, nd also, in case employee stops reporting during notice period after resignation it is management decision to consider separation and then the exit formalities can be completed once money is paid for shortened np..
They are just making it hard for me now..
