April 22, 2025 at 8:27 pmTbh you don’t wanna try your luck with the customs guys, you will face unnecessary harassment. If you want to know the exact penalty amount, you’ll have to check with someone in customs I guess.

You need to declare any plants/seeds on landing in India.
You’ll need a phytosanitary certificate verifying that the plant is free from pests and diseases and a permit. If you are caught trying to smuggle them in, they would be confiscated and you will be penalised.PPrakashninja345

April 21, 2025 at 7:25 pmListen, I understand your logic of stray cats n dogs being let in but please don’t do this to get back at people.
If you really want to get a cow ask the society to allocate a separate space for you (probably in lieu of your covered parking).
Also, the milk idea is a bad one because it won’t just give milk but also have offsprings, requiring even more space.PPrakashninja345

April 21, 2025 at 7:10 pmI am sorry but “Is this for real?”Do you plan to tie a calf in the small space barely enough for a car?
Also, the calf won’t just grow up into a cow and start giving milk? It will have to be impregnated for it to start lactating.
I don’t know about the legal aspects but this is as harebrained as it can possibly get.

April 17, 2025 at 11:50 pmWas it a secured loan ? (Taken against house, land, jewellery etc.)
If not, given your father’s medical condition they really can’t do much.
Ideally, banks make you buy insurance along with the loan for such situations. Check if your father had any such insurance catering to unemployment, disability etc.PPrakashninja345

Do you have a recording of this person hitting your cousin’s car or can you get CCTV footage of the same?If yes, post it on twitter and tag the relevant state police and other relevant twitter handles like the CM. Clearly state that the local police are denying filing an FIR.

March 8, 2025 at 9:29 pmThey are not entitled to pay you more than your NP. If you get terminated it might reflect on your experience letter. Also, the company might delay the clearance of your dues.
The best case scenario is for you to receive the NP salary and leave encashment without actually having to serve the notice period (gardening leave).February 15, 2025 at 8:55 pm in reply to: Broker is threatening that I cannot buy a flat without him and if I try to he’ll create problems #53815PPrakashninja345

February 15, 2025 at 8:55 pmBrokers are a*****es … You don’t owe him anything apart from brokerage for renting … Tell him you will get him blacklisted from the housing society if he keeps harassing you.
A broker once told me that I have to pay him brokerage everytime I renew my house lease … Got the society manager to warn him … He never called me again -
