Yes, EPS deduction will happen in new company as well.

But the overall deduction is still 12% , and that 12% is divided into EPF and EPS.

My 2 cents, i thought the same about my girlfriend and she’s happily married and has a kid with another guy.

If at 28, you need to ask this question here, probably your girlfriend isn’t gonna stand by you when it matters eventually.
