I would say even call out the fact (if thats the case) that just because you’re moving on to next company your manager is trying to take out any personal enmity or grudge against you.

Go all out war on your manager if you have all the data and proofs. If he has set a meeting and you’re included don’t hold back. If you’re not included you set your own meeting with HR and send an email putting the meeting notes, data and proofs. Cc it to yourself as well.
There is no need for any diplomacy here as you may even need proof in your future company just in case your manager is successful in inclining the HR to his objectives which might include somehow sabotaging your prospects in your next job.

That’s unhygienic. Be united and don’t be afraid to raise the voice. If all of you stand together college will not be able to sabotage any of your career.

This is just a cost saving practice in the name of energy conservation but disregarding safe health conditions.

If one of you guys have air quality monitors, document temperature, humidity and CO2 before and after.

Find some of your law studying friends and consult them. As a united group formally write to college first demanding a response within 48 hrs. If response is not satisfactory then simply go ahead and file a case against the college. No negotiations.

If the earlier proposal was accepted by your friend and acknowledged by the company in writing then no need to do anything. Simply tell the company that the previous offer was accepted and cant be revoked anymore. Tell them straight based on this they have made their future commitments and their last working day is Friday as agreed earlier formally and legally and there is no change/modification to it.

Have all this in writing and if its over email it should be either to or cc’d their personal email so that they can prove this to new company in case the current company doesn’t provide relieving letter.

If you ā€œtoldā€ him then you should give him a formal notice. Thats what the court will want to see.

Not a lawyer but from my understanding he can use the court system in his favor if he is still paying rent. Since he did not leave your place after the agreement expired you may not be having possession letter.

Did you give anything in writing to him stating you are letting him stay for a while. Or did you give him in writing asking to vacate? If not you should give him in writing now asking to vacate and pay the rent.

I guess he is not paying rent so now after informing him in writing to vacate and pay balance rent you should file a case against him.

Basically, whether in defence or assertion, you need proper documentation, registered lease agreement, how did you conclude the lease i.e. your communication and/or possession letter signed by the tenant.
If you have good documents then go ahead and file a counter.

Btw in any of their communication when they returned your money, did they say you need to send back the sofa?

You can tell them they will hear from your lawyer now and ignore all their emails hereon.

Communicate to them in writing that they should first pay the rent for the sofa and penalty for not picking it up back in December 23. Tell them they can pick it up once they pay the rent for keeping the sofa in your space without your consent and for that they will have to pay the penalty as well.

Mention the dispensary name and location as specifically as you can. And all upvote the post as much as you can so it gets popular and don’t give out your personal details on reddit so you could be tracked.

This is a serious issue. Life saving medication is probably being taken away (stolen) from the needy and sold illegally for profit by those employees/ involved. Make this post popular but keep yourself safe as well. These guys could be dangerous or not.

Maybe this is all true what the prospective buyer has said or maybe he wants to make up his mind further by living in the property and understand the neighborhood. Downside for you is he could backout from the deal and/or leave the place in a bad condition if decides to backout. That would mean more costs for you to repair and losing the money that you could invest in these 2 months. I would say if you really want to sell and if there are buyers in the market sell it to someone else and get done with it. If there isn’t enough traction for your flat then rent it to them but take a big amount of token and clearly have it signed in the initial agreement that its not refundable under any circumstances.

I was planning to buy the TVS IQube as I think it’s the best overall electric scooter for my needs but given TVS service’s reputations…I think I’ll go with Chetak evem though I life IQube as a product better.

Do mention the particular service station so all get to know.

They must be saving 200 ml from each overcharged 1200 ml and after every 5 or 6 left over again charge that amount to a new customer. So cost for that oil became zero with full revenue on that oil. Insane profit margin %.
