PIf your rental agreement says you need to give month notice that shall be honored, the landlord shall return initial deposit – deductions – one months rent.
This only changes if the place is not habitable, the landlord mostly is not responsible for your roommates actions.

PIn one of the recent court ruling the court ruled in favor of the employer in a bond case. So in a court case it can go either way.They (employer) are not bound to give experience letter if dues are not cleared. PPeople keep on mentioning paid overtime, but is most cases there are no such thing, it is mostly applicable only for employees with hourly pay. If you are not paid hourly mostly your employment contract doesn’t have a provision for overtime.It’s up to you to set boundaries, say no to work or complete things in usual work hours.

PUnless you had shipping insurance, the compensation seems to be valid. Mistakes do happen and packages do get lost, you can read their T&C.If you had shipping insurance, you probably should reach out to insurer.

PDo you have to join another company soon??You should have signed appointment letter on your first day, you may have to sign it if you need your exit documents, I mean relieving letter doesn’t make sense without appointment letter..
If you are not worried about your exit documents, you can afford not to serve notice period
PApple would have warned you when it’s going to deduct through mail, your bank also would have intimidated you before executing standing instructions. If you have missed these two then maybe it’s your faultPDoes the model number match the description??
If so then it maybe a mistake in their listing, if the model number matches. It can go either way in consumer court.If you have video proof, did you intentionally buy it with the knowledge of listing being wrong?
