QI would say , go for smooth divorce first , and just when divorce is completed, indirectly spread this in her circle that she cheated, but do it indirectly, don’t let your name drag into it , in any way possible!!!
See.. one thing the cheaters fear the most is becoming the villian , these people have victim mentality, so making her truth come out in her circle and making her embarrassed to go into any social gatherings is best revenge you can get.But in legal battle play smart , get a normal divorce on the grounds of mental cruelty. Don’t let mess enter into your legal case . Keep it simple .

If we look into the things you said
1) you are a minor :- makes are responsible for having intercourse with minor, so she is guilty under the act .
Bt it is not as simple as it seems .
Even in comments some guys are saying they would die to do this at that age
This kind of thing will also be considered by the judges that some teenage guys can with full consent even if they are minor can get into the stuffs
As in some cases like Nirbhaya, minors are considered to have ability to do such things ( heinous and everything is considered).
2) you are saying you are groomed
When a minor is groomed , or manipulated
The time frame is also considered and object will also be considered.For an example a 15 year old guy can consent for this happily and won’t regret it and can also brag about it ( court know this too)

So they will consider that the major in this case ,if she manipulated you by saying she will marry you or were u guys in a relationship, or it was just one time thing .Basically what you were lured with will be considered.
In most cases like this , when minor girls are involved they are lured with the marriage that the major loves her and will marry her .It will be considered it such kind of thing is there or not .

Since how many days the minor knew that intercourse is going to happen? Did he have a chance to understand that he is minor ?
I’m not saying case will be turned on you if u had a soo much time to think these things , I’m just saying it will be considered.For an example, if minor knew that intercourse is going to happen and he consented for this , for months .
And it didn’t looked forced .And it seemed for months as if minor was enjoying the the topic of having intercourse.

If he does any substance abuse by himself
If he does anything which he is not at legal age .Does his life decisions can prove ,that he is capable to think like an adult

Recording an intercourse with child is considered like a child pornography bt
Since u consented it , so here also the time and object will considered.
For an example:- if u knew this that you are going to have intercourse since months and also u guys are going to record it .
Were u always fine with this or not ?Did you ever even onced said no , and she later lured u ?

Don’t get me wrong , ik you are juvenile, bt even juvenile can indulge into some stuffs and won’t regret it . As in many countries age of consent is 15 or 16 .
So court will consider everything before making her guilty.Before filing the case u should be ready with all these explanations.
And if you just wanna take revenge, I’ll say plz don’t do this .
Minor rape, men’s rape are very serious topics , for your personal gains you cant use such things . that’s just very unethical.Bt if you are seriously manipulated and u think whatever did comes under statutory rape , go for it . File a case , get justice.
Bt so far I know, even grown man sometimes have sex and regret it ( specially if that’s their first time)
So you should be clear about everything within you.Get justice if injustice happened to you .
