You will have to forego. If this a reputed builder then you may try to convince him OR alternatively get another buyer and ask builder to replace your unit and allot to this buyer. Either buyer can pay you directly or builder can pay you

        Not a lawyer

if your father does not want to tarnish his image and want to maintain a no conflict situation then either of the 3 is possible – convince the acquaintance to give you 22.5L (depending on your circumstances try delaying the deal as much as possible and pester this person for the balance amt)

OR try finding a new buyer who can give you 67.5 L more for the ppty and then refund 90 L to this person

OR worst case accept that you have sold the ppty for 22.5L lesser amount

Unfortunately Your father has signed the paper!

PS: he or you could have counted the bundles atleast

I visited their centre in Delhi and was informed that the embassy has changed the form 2 days back and the revised form filing charges are Rs. 3000/- just monopolistic!

Moreover on comparing the old and new form there was hardly any difference!

Kind and experienced advise – dont do it. You will ruin your friendship and loose your money also

So what is wrong in this case? You agreed to a price and got the price and did the sale deed also!

its better to settle considering you have a thriving business (in your own words!). Karma also has some role to play. Ofcourse you can do court case but legally they own share of land.

No offence OP but i am sure you would know that this day would come considering your uncles are alive. Legally speaking they have their rights too
