QYoure confusing assets and liabilities…land is the asset, the mortgage is the loan given against the land
You can donate land to the temple but you will have to sign registers and deeds for that to happen…but you can’t transfer a loan to someone else.
You will need to get permission to transfer the loan and the person must acknowledge and be willing to take up the loan…and the bank must be willing to give God a loan
QYou live in a society…not on your own land…maybe try and do things that are mutually beneficial instead of looking for ways to screw over the society…QDude…its on both parties mutual consent whether an employee can leave early by buying out notice. The manager is just doing his job and you want to file a fake case against him?If tomorrow the manager decided to lay her off with paying for 3months notice…would you be OK with it?
