RI simply refuse to believe one sided narratives. I haven’t done a deep dive into every single one of the cases you mentioned in your post but the one Bangalore techie case that became so popular on Reddit had very questionable circumstances to begin with.
Bad women can and do exist, no doubt about that. But I also find it difficult to believe that completely false and baseless cases are at such an all time high. In a lot of the so-called false cases that are discussed so widely, the evidence is subpar at best, if it exists at all. You also have to account for the fact that a lot of these cases aren’t the product of evil women but a failing system that refuses to take women’s plight seriously unless it’s dire.
A woman who complains against her husband for slapping her once is not gonna be taken seriously by any police or judiciary in this country. Unfortunately, the need for justice pushes these women to exaggerate claims.
Is that right? Absolutely not. But it’s an unfortunate symptom of a system that’s still failing half of its population from securing a safe environment in their marital home.
Not to mention, most of the accounts that try creating such a panic about false cases on social media turn out to be very incel-ish with highly inappropriate views about women. Really makes one question how many of these cases are false and how many of it is just fear mongering in an attempt to legitimize marital cruelty.
RThat’s the general pattern you see with a lot of the men who make these posts about how to avoid alimony. Most of them have never come anywhere near to having a real relationship, know that their only shot at finding a wife is by trapping some poor woman via a deceptive arranged marriage match, and have already realized that they are at serious danger of facing a stressful divorce if their wife doesn’t turn out to be a dumb slave who puts up with their crap.
