This is the correct approach. Meet the gst officer, they will use their discretion and help you out.

Throw some liquor bottles and injection syringe in the house, call police, local journalists, influencer wanna be journalist and municipality with complain.

This will cause financial and mental stress to the party and they would want to finish the job asap.

Change the direction or vent it upwards little bit high. (In vastu) These objects act like an arrow and disturb/offend the human unconscious mind and make the person feel agitated (even if it is at sufficient distance), is it possible to cover the exit of vent or pipes show that it’s not visible to him like cover with a fake plant ornament or a wooden sheet that has smiley or flower printed on it.

I first check with brand has it’s own showroom, then local store, then comes Croma/Reliance/Vijay sales.

But if I don’t get satisfactory experience at own showroom then I skip it. I don’t go after discounts/coupon/membership also. they are just useless marketing pipelines to draw more from you directly or indirectly.

I go to the shop that has that phone/laptop. if they don’t I ask them it it’s possible to order it. If there is a product that is only available on a particular site like Amazon, i don’t buy it. I don’t have a FOMO.

I go to their premise to see it feel it, ask questions face to face. Refrigerator, kitchen equipment, AC… I don’t purchase online.

Well, I knew this since beginning, all the places to complain, how to write complain letter from Municipality to PMO. But my realization is these are all useless systems. we get into stupid wars and fight for long time. All the systems are actually made to make money for themselves and not to help the consumer. robbing the is natural behavior nowdays.

I just plugged off from the grid, I don’t use any online platform amazon, flipkart, zomato swiggy, nobroker, urban clap. All these add unnecessary battle into your life. life is much peaceful without them. I’ve direct contact with local grocery store, local restaurants, local mechanic, local carpenter that don’t rob you and leak your data.

You need to follow escalation matrix in Amazon and approach consumer court.
You can also raise complain at DPG and CPGRAMS, only phone calls are not enough, you need to collect evidence and continue your grievances journey.

commercially invested person is likely to have better connection (babu/politics/police) than an ordinary resident. this will backfire 100%.

This has no practical solution in India.

Learn some electronics and burn their electrical equipment using Electromagnetic radiation.

I would say exploit them. they won’t learn or improve anyways.

How did you come uo with amount 100000? exploit them. 5K is peanuts. at least 50000.

I think you can request Local Nagarsevak to give this in writing on his letter head. they will have a template where they write Mr x lives in my locality and his annual income is so and so.

You use this letter to get ‘Utpannacha Dakhla’ at local court/office you need to find where. in Mumbai it was from Mulund back in 2010

No issues if you change your mobile number.
