RNAL.I think there is a court ruling you need to find that only disputed amount can be put hold on and rest of the money can be permitted. I strongly feel that police guy needs some money.
RThere are way more dumb people in offices who just see the form and assume lot of things while feeding the system (with their limited understanding and ability). I’m just being very very pessimist about it (because of my experience so far).how do you think corruption happen… there will obviously be mismatch is what’s on ground and what’s on paper. it’s all clerical mistake (genuine or deliberate) that drives the life of ordinary person.
