Firstly why are Indian Hindu men getting married inspite of the knowledge that that legal system arbitrarily favours Women..secondly as someone noted that Judge the lawyers the legal system are very very corrupt
.
Lastly sad for the Man and Man’s family..

If you come to India for divorce you are screwed…divorce laws in india blatantly favor women irrespective of their conduct

Our legal system and bhartiya nyay sahita is against men unabashedly ..the section 498 has become an official legal means of demanding dowry from men..and have turned many women in to gold diggers..feminist have literally screwed the Indian Marriage institution..

But for now like some one posted hire a good lawyer..instead of paying the woman pay the lawyer..and whatever happens don’t pay the monies to her..

They ..the Indian corporates go back on their word always..and they are well connected with government..hence no use complaining to them..also if you can approach a labor union and file a case it may work out

Not a lawyer ..but from known case Under Indian legal system he will have to pay her even if she commits adultery it seems
