RIf you live in apt complex and his camera is reasonably trying to capture external footage then it’s permissible use for tracking security of public common area.If you want privacy then shield your apt.
Again, it depends on how much of their capture direction is oriented for their security or not.
You can’t demand privacy just because you happen to be within viewing range of security camera.
Again. Until we see all this we can’t make any judgement calls.
Reasonable use from their property outdoors towards common area > Expectations for not being captured.
