Would the courts have been equally generous had it been the wife who was cheating on her husband?

Once, I did get angry when they purposely threw a water balloon at her but even then I was obviously not going to hit them and even my gf stopped me saying,”bacche hai” and instead threatened to go to their parents.

RBut isn’t my insurance supposed to file a case against their insurer to recover money?What’s the point of having comprehensive insurance then?
RI know it’s unwise to do so but sometimes they’re in a difficult situation and you feel so guilty for not helping that it eats you up.RAll of this seems so bad as a man in general.What if my wife and I were to get married in US where we sign a prenup.
Later we come back to India, now will the prenup hold?
