RIt’s mostly jealous females that do this. I am a woman myself and this was done to me. It’s unbelievable what jealousy does to people. Once a couple gets married the loyalty should be prioritized towards your spouse and not parents. This goes for both men and women. Decisions should be made by the couple and not parents.RIf your mama is well educated and able to go on abroad trips for work that means he is capable of making good money. Where the girl is wrong is that it’s been years since they separated and she shouldn’t be eligible for maintenance. The kids need maintenance until they are 18, it doesn’t matter how much the mother makes. The kids belong to the father as much as the mother. I don’t know why Indian divorce system is so messed up that involves parents and siblings. Divorces are between couples and that’s it. Unless there is hard proof (photos, videos, chats) of in laws abusing, in laws shouldn’t be involved at all. Indian men also need to stop being vindictive and cheap, just pay for your kids until they are 18. The. you are free to do whatever you want. It goes quick.
