Dude I will give u one idea. Keep that land as a collateral and get a loan. business loan to be in fact and once u get payment stop paying interest and ask them to sell that land and get the money. Once it is done nobody can touch it

Dude just change oil alone every 4k kms and do alternate service. No need of doing every service. Cost 30-50 rupees for changing oil. Chain lubrication another 20 rupees. Don’t waste money bro. U can buy oil urself and change it.
