Make an Instagram reel explaining your situation and include all the documents and proof you have. Social media support can go a long way. You’ll likely find a good pro bono lawyer willing to help. Don’t worry in most such cases, courts tend to side with employees, especially when there’s strong documentation. Your complaints to government bodies are solid evidence. These often push companies to settle quietly. And remember, media pressure is a powerful tool use it smartly.”

Sell the house and keep the proceeds after settling home loan dues. Apart from that let the other unsecured liabilities stay as it is. It won’t harm you and if recovery agents become rowdy file formal police complaint

My friend pulled off a borderline illegal move to get his apartment back.

Through a third party, he convinced the tenants they had won a vacation package—complete with a cab ride to Shirdi and a ₹10,000 cash prize. The moment they left, he wasted no time. An old truck rolled in, packed up everything, and was out before they even knew what hit them. If things escalated, worst case? The truck gets stuck in a police station for a while—no big deal.

He didn’t want to negotiate from a weak position, and the legal route would’ve taken 1-3 years. As expected, the tenants raised hell, threatened cases, and made a scene. But in the end, he got what he wanted.

Total cost? ₹1 lakh—including bribes to the local police, movers, transport, and lawyer fees.

Adding additional points to this, select lawyer with deep domain expertise and who might have favorable contacts in both Judiciary and Police. Lot of arm twisting happens behind the scene, so don’t make decision solely based on fees or lawyers expectations. Ask around and decide

Cash rich deep pockets and good lawyer then you are to do it… Otherwise police have incentive to build case in favor of money.

Sometime I feel what’s the difference between renting out property in india and buying lottery/gamble/betting 😂

Sorry for out of context comment but there is saying in marathi “बळी तो कान पिळी” , loosely translated as only who have power can twist irritants ear. So rather than fighting endless legal battle, bribe some decision to get favorable decision or sell your property to some Bahubali

                            Or “Better call Saul”

Do not , do not and do not lend the money. Give small token amount which you are willing to loose if you don’t trust him.

Any amount remedy will not provide any if he is not Solvent. Court cases drag over 10 years and even after that there are so many loopholes which can be exploited by his lawyers.

If you trust him and he remain solvent after spending your loaned amounh then it only it make sense to use all precautions you have taken and mind you even after that it’s long and labourous effort to recover money via court procedure

Abetment suicide to multiple people including your dad, now using same tactics against you and mom. You have threat to your life and blah blah, such complaint can be filed

File these complaint through competent lawyer, he will draft better complaint and you willl face less resistance at police station. You can subsequently file right s in living property.

Find right lawyer and do it. Do not do it on your own

Reservation is minimum guarantee or maximum

Eg they will get minimum 50% seat or more
Not that they will get maximum 50% seat
