Go to known lawyer, you can work out such deal discreetly. Although it’s not legal such a deal happen time to time. Mostly in land litigations, my city lawyers earn crazy contigent to outcome of case.

But unknown lawyer would never enter in such deal with you

You realise you are 24 years old right??? They is no logical recourse for you..

Even if there is (like your parent holding your share in ancestdal property) you will need good lawyer , who will be expensive as you will not get Verdict in your favour in lower court.

So first sort out your finances, as you will need it to fight the case. That too comes with no guarantee of winning.

No option but to hire a lawyer and filing double complaint against police and contractor as well. Somebody has to do it,. Let’s see if your brother takes hassle to do it

Although, case will stand against him in court but case will get filed easily. Police will use at as bait to extract money from boys family and procedural harrasment will be punishament for boys family even if court finds him not guilty
