SNot a Lawyer but folks here once said if a company sues an employee nothing happens and also always an employee wins unless he did a grave mistake..SLegal Steps You Can Take in Mumbai, File a Police Complaint (FIR)
Go to the nearest police station and file an FIR under Section 354D (stalking) and Section 506 (criminal intimidation) of the Indian Penal Code (IPC).
If the harassment includes online threats, Section 66A & 67 of the IT Act may also apply.
Obtain a Restraining Order
Approach a lawyer who can help you file for a restraining order (injunction) in a civil court to legally prevent the stalker from contacting or approaching you.
Seek Help from a Women’s Cell
You can report the matter to Mumbai Police’s Women’s Cell or NCW (National Commission for Women) for additional legal support.
Cyber Crime Complaint (if digital harassment is involved)
File a complaint at Mumbai Cyber Cell (Crawford Market) if the harassment is happening through calls, messages, or online.

* **NCW (National Commission for Women):** You can email your complaint to [**complaint@ncw.nic.in**]()SI got a similar call on my another Sim he was asking me to send my adhar card I said no then he said to go to PS and submit my adharcard i said him to FO he started to abuse then I started to remind his mom sisters and all the ladies of his family he cut the call immediately then I started to bug him again and again calling him n asking to give me his sister’s number mom’s number etc. He blocked me in the end.. I do this with every scammer..
