Also, the owner had 4 children so all of them should inherit this property and have equal shares on it.OP, please avoid this property and look for something else that is legal and the owner himself is selling as property stuck with multiple shares can be risky

April 26, 2025 at 7:49 pmAssuming that your great grandfather passed away without a will, the property will be divided into 5 parts and your grandfather will get 1/5 of it. Now, since the property was not self acquired by your grandfather, If your father’ was the only son then you’re lucky and if not then he can’t legally have a will or say and the property will be divided among your father and his siblings.Assuming the property has 10 blocks, 2 will be given to your grandfather. Assuming that your grandfather had two kids, those two blocks will be divided and your father will only inherit one. That one block of your father will be further divided between you and your siblings if you have any
