1. Withdraw the case, it will eat up a lot of money and mental peace. Not worth it.
2. Never lend money to anyone with whom you want to keep a good relationship.
3. Have a thumb rule, lend only that much money what you can let go.
4. Meet the friend sometime later and give him your peace of mind, not on call or text. It will help you get closure and move on.

Hey, one question, what happens if you just leave the account like that. I received an amount that I feel will get marked sooner or later and will result in account freezing. I don’t have any money in the account, if I leave the account frozen, will there be any legal case against me?
