SHow to register a complaint with Trai?This Excitel guy gave my security amount of 2K back after 6-7 months after complaining on consumer portal while the Trai guidelines says that an interest of 10%/annum need to be paid beyond 60 days.
These guys outrightly denied any interest.
SFacing similar issue with Jio. Have disconnected the connection long before. Have emailed them to disconnect the connection, received the SMS update for the same.This shit ISP still call me to pay for the last few months plan fee.
I’ve already raised a complaint on consumer portal few weeks but this shit Jio still didn’t respond to that complaint.
