If she has any friends etc. ignore it and keep it a secret (if there is anything).SThink with the mind of whoever sent you that message. If their true intention was to expose your wife, they wouldn’t have deactivated their account. The more you think, more it will disturb the peace between you and your wife and that is what the perpetrator wants. The best is ignore them and deactivate your insta account as well or just change privacy settings so that unknown people cant send you any messages.SLegally, I don’t see any problem in giving palliative care at home. To be safe, you can have some doctors on board who will do the teleconsultation and prescribe the therapy. The challenge will be to find dedicated personnel who are willing to do it, which may make it commercially unfeasible.SDelhivery is a fraud company, I ordered multiple shirts from Myntra, only those delivered by Delhivery were delayed and in one case the new shirt was replaced by an old t-shirt. Myntra immediately approved the return with tag scanning etc, but delhivery people never came to pick it up, instead they would declare customer not available and cancel the picke up after 2 failed atempts. I had to followup multiple times with both Myntra and Delhivery, eventually Myantra refunded me but Delhivery is yet to come and pick the package..
