Your mother’s brother has 50% share in the property while your father and you have 25% each. Legally, the house belongs to all 3 of you.

It’s incredible how you shifted the blame on the victim simply because the perpetrator is from your gender. I bet you have deluded yourself into believing that you are a “nice guy” over whom such toxic guys are chosen by women.

Hi, from what limited knowledge I have on this aspect not giving her maternity benefits or firing her during her maternity leave is illegal. But can someone point me to the law/rule which says that a company simply cannot fire her even before she starts her maternity leave? I work as an in house counsel in a company and would like more clarity on this issue so that our Maternities Benefit Policies are aligned with the laws.
