May 6, 2025 at 9:15 pmYeah, sorry. That luggage is gone. This is not EU where they pay you compensation. Nothing to get. If you complain to DGCA, they will ask for a response and keep quiet.SSilentrajnish997

May 5, 2025 at 1:55 am1. Any uncollateralized debt like credit cards, PLs, etc are wiped out. No bank or finance company can demand the family pay it.2. Any collateralized loan like jewel loan or home loan can be handled two ways: the nominee or the legal heir can repay the loan and get the assets or let the bank/FI sell and close., Either way, the family is not responsible if there is a shortfall.

April 23, 2025 at 8:38 pmI had an outstanding CC debt in Singapore in 2007.
Didn’t pay it as my employer had removed me without notice or lending pay.
Returned to India.
Citi asked me to repay the outstanding debt. Told them to go fuck themselves.
They tried collecting in India through their branch.
Complained to RBI ombudsman about illegal and fake CC charges when I didn’t hold a CC in India.
Citi quietly stopped contacting me.SSilentrajnish997

April 23, 2025 at 7:46 pmThe loan is not in India. At best they can file a civil case in Kuwait to get you to pay. They are just trying to scare you to pay a loan they know it’s not legally tenable in India. If they could have filed a civil or criminal complaint in India, they would have already done that. They can’t. So they are trying to scare you.SSilentrajnish997

April 23, 2025 at 11:57 amSadly no. If the criminal has a good lawyer, he will go free. Your money is long gone. Best is to ensure the criminal accidentally suffers a fall, frequently, and has brain damage. Or broken legs.April 23, 2025 at 11:54 am in reply to: Need Legal Advice: Landlord Showing House to Buyers Without Proper Notice While We’re Still Living In The House #9494SSilentrajnish997
