Send a mediation notice if he is not answering your friend’s calls. Mediation can help you guys also if you want to live together or can help you to discuss the mutual divorce process as well. Before knocking the door of courts, i would suggest you to sort things amicably. If your friend is based in Delhi, let me know I’ll share the contact details of a lady lawyer who helped one of my friend in this kind of case.

Send a mediation notice through a lawyer, call him to discuss the process.
