If your lawyer has copy of the submissions and record then photocopies can be provided to reproduce it.
SThe only thing that can counteract the alleged connections is either money, or, stronger and more influential connections.SPay some people at the local sub registrars office where it might have been registered. Open the record of registrations and go through every individual entry for the time you suspect it to have been registered in. Time and labour intensive.SWithout any legitimate urgency, the applications will get dismissed. And civil suits rarely have any urgency unless a stay is needed.What you can do is get your lawyer to press the court to fix it for final arguments and make it the last opportunity for both parties to argue, failing which the case shall be dismissed (if it’s the appellant that’s delaying the matter)
