Seek help for drafting. Prepare to argue. You’ll need it.SIf due process is denied then you can file to federal court. You can file *pro se* (by self) or ask for legal aid. The state of Chicago provides it for free (how good it turns out to be is questionable)
If you are able to prove being denied due process, chances of injunction are really strong.
SYou can file in the circuit court. Usually school/universities matters are not interfered with, but to answer whether you can file or not: yes you can.Private and public are also treated a little differently.
