If you spray anyone of them, rottweiler will shred you like paper( even humans go crazy if you paper spray them, u can’t imagine what a animal would do ) & if dog get hurt, even tho on paper law aren’t strong yet, the activist will make sure u get at least 3 months in jail. trust me it’ll not be in your favor.
Police is only sensible option.
& yeah, Paper spraying is also consider crime if you spray someone who wasn’t attacking you
