Lekin your father deserves to know, share with solid proof. Aur court main apne baap ka saath dena, alimony bohot jyada nahi rahegi if both of your custody is given to father.SNALGo to that house and trouble his new tenants everyday, his tenants will complain to him, he will get frustrated if his tenant says they would shift. Frustrating him is the the only solution I see. Legally nothing will happen, even if you had an agreement legal pursuit would not be worth it.

Also what are their demands to settle this out of court?
I have seen similar issue with a relative but they settle outside after 1.5 years separation and 4 months in court dates.So they got divorced under 2 years.
SPlease do not marry a woman who has filed a fake 498A before.
Fake case means the previous marriage failed because of her mistake and she still filed a 498A, she and her family are a bunch of cheaters who you need to stay away from.
Bro these woman act like they are the nicest person until they get married. Take the hint, get away.
