It has became fashion to insult the institution because institution is not accountable to anyone and lacks any transparency in terms of selection of its members.

You can make countless excuse for those incompetent fool and you can also blame the public who dare to question your lords but the fact of the matter is there is no law or procedure in India which holds these fools accountable.

If people are not getting justice, if property/murder/ divorce cases are going on for 20-25 years regardless of whether husband or wife is at fault, then its the Judges that lacks critical thinking skills who are to blame not the public who questions them.
