If a your uncles are co-signers, then they will have to pay in full or leave. Sorry for the bad news, but it is how it is.

Also what a piece of devil your uncle is, easy way would be to pay out his portion of property, and separate him out from it.

No, killing someone, or attempt to kill someone, is never seen as good step unless “last resort”.

So make sure that you can escape them, it they come in front of you car, or jump immediately, then its a case of self defense.

So get a dashcam to have proofs

Calculate a 18% per annum interest, and use a calculator online to check how much you owe per month and loan duration for 15k per month emi and how much you gave. Then send your friend the updated loan amount, and pay back the rest in similar EMI.

Take help of lawyer they dont agree.

At 10% per month, they are not friends, but pure devil. The max I have seen is 5% (norm is 2-4%) from those kitty parties and committees, so at 60% annual rate (which is TOO HIGH), at β‚Ή15K EMI, you will have to pay back for 14 months, even that will be a couple thousand extra.

I would recommend a 3% interest rate. That comes to 15K EMI for 12 months, and total payment of β‚Ή1,80,832. Talk to a lawyer to form a legal notice around it. They may charge β‚Ή1-2k for this service, but you can also ask them more around the situation.

Send them the calculation and emi schedule in mail, and tell them that you are fully paid up, and they will have to go to court to take any extra money. Even if you initially agreed, 120% annual loan interest will be deemed predatory, and court will cancel it.

If it is a civil case, then there shouldn’t be any issues, if it is a criminal case, then it it at the discretion of the police officer. You might have to persuade them.

If you are convicted, or the case is actively going in the court, and you are at a chance of fleeing, then it will be very difficult.

Or just a feature to roll a dice from previous orders.

Like roll a dice > like the dish > add to cart. Keep on rolling dice till you like what you see.

Ask them to change the design (as I commented), and bifold gate might work if the other side home owner is fine. Or tell them that you are going to court to fight this.
Threat might be enough for them to accept alternate methods. If not, file a complaint with the municipality and file a case.

I agree that there is a high chance that it is public road, but you can not be 100% sure unless you verify from your municipality.

If they are not ready to budge even a slight bit, then you can approach court, chances are that it the road falls under “public road” it is illegal construction and court may even fine them.

Got to your local Municipal corporation to ask for details related to that road.

Not unless the whole community was carved out of private land, then if a gated society gets built, it’s not public road.

Unfortunately, its not your “land” that you have right on, if RWA decides that gate needs to be there, your only option to challenge that would be to go through court.

Or you can ask RWA to meet in middle, tell them that you are in favour of getting the gate, but push for alternative designs like a sliding gate (so that any vehicles parked don’t have to be removed to open/close that gate), or a channel style gate, so that it collapses like a accordion and doesn’t take a lot of space.

I guess a lot depends on the citizenship as well.

                            Are both indian citizens?

As I said, withholding work, in lieu of unpaid dues, is permitted, and your employer can pay you to get the work.

Deleting work thay was already done. If you stayed only on your personal laptop, it is still under the realm of withholding work (and permitted). If it ever was on any company asset (like company’s laptop, or server, or something like github) for even a few seconds, it is now company’s property, and you WILL have to hand it over, and the pursue for your wages.

If you understand the above, and you are only withholding work, then your lawyer is idiot, and you can go to another lawyer.

If you mention “deleted” anywhere, another lawyer will also say the same, as it is illegal. If you approach with the withholding case, then lawyer will help you.

Question for you: What do you mean by “deleted” files.

Unfortunately, the work he did was company property. Depending on where that work is stored, it might be difficult to prove that it is company property or not.

If he didn’t deliver it in first place, then he doesn’t have to give it to the company, he has right to firfeit delivery of work till all wages paid. If he did deliver and later deleted the work, that is illegal, and company can ask for damages in terms of financial compensation or return of the company property.

If it falls under company property, then he will have to return it.

Now, your friend not being paid, that is a different case, and will have to be dealt separately.
