No, unless you have it in written somewhere that will allow you to give exams without attending the school.

In fact, they will get in trouble, you can give exams without attending school only through open-schools. For regular schools, minimum attendance is compulsory. If you have proof that you didn’t attend the school but still were able to give regular exams, then the school will get in trouble for fraud.

Go to your district court campus or collectorate, and you will find lots of notaries that will do it for you.
You might also ask them about the CBSE thing, as they might have heard of similar cases.

Exactly OP, just change the direction to up, and both you and your neighbor will be happy.

Remember to cover it up with some shade or vent cover to prevent rain water or debris from falling in.

If you can afford to, take it till the top floor. Otherwise, 10-12 inches of pipe would be enough to change the flow direction.

If you think it is tied to your Driving License (most probably yes, since you got the message), then just pay it online on parivahan, when the website starts to work correctly. Sometimes it takes some time for the challan to be available to pay even if they show up as issued earlier than that. You don’t need to notify the vehicle owner, since the challan is not linked to the vehicle, instead its linked to your DL.

Since it is just 200, pay it as soon as you see it on parivahan. Or you can wait for it to go to virtual court, and it might be knocked down to something less, or you can also attend the virtual hearing (won’t be anytime soon), to plead your case if you want.

If it was issued to the vehicle, you anyways won’t be able to pay it easily. The owner can contact you to pay them once they settled the challan online. Remember to ask for the challan receipt in case its tied to vehicle, so there is no change it loops back to you.

Yes, TBH OP got off comparatively easily, and only thing he lost was some time and money.

In worse scenarios, people have lost their good night sleep and reptation in these scams.

Subject to normal wear and tear

Unless OP deliberately scrapped off some paint, some deteriorating paint is normal wear and tear.

If OP wants, this can be fought in court, but is it worth the hassle to save โ‚น15k, thats for OP to decide.

I am not sure if limiting to 3 prepayments is in line with RBI rules.

What most people do is that every 12 months or sometimes every 6 months, they pay extra emi. So you are paying 13 or 14 emi in a year.
That itself reduces the term drastically.

Take an excel sheet and do the calculations.

I would recommend you not to increase EMI, and pay voluntarily (needs more discipline). Do a separate standing instruction to keep the money aside and use it for extra EMI. It is very easy to end with a surplus at year-end, but difficult to have it every month. Think that you could loose a job for a couple of months, or have an emergency need of cash.

1 extra EMI yearly will reduce your loan by around 3-3.5Y, amd 2 emis will reduce it by around 6-7 years if it is a 9% interest home loan.

You can just always pay more voluntarily without needing modification in loan terms (after the initial 6 months have passed).

It you want it to be automatic like EMI, just add a new standing instruction from your account to deposit to loan account.

And, this is better, as it is easy to increase EMI to reduce tenure, but difficult to decrease EMI to increase tenure.

I have a question to ask here… how much money can you spare?

Coz in a country like India, it is not difficult to escape anywhere, rent for a month, become resident of that state, and then go for Special marriage act.

The 30 days waiting is a must, cannot be skipped under any circumstances.

You also.have the option to look at other countries as well (that is why I asked about the money), your case (risk due to inter-faith marriage) is a valid case for claiming refugee status in many countries.

You will need to have proof.

Otherwise, as per law and crowd justice, “women can’t hit men,” and you hit her without reason.

Even if you have proof, don’t retaliate, but just use enough force to subdue her from hitting you further.

Exactly. Let your insurance know. Give your insurance details to police/parents and tell them that you are ready to cooperate, but won’t pay out of pocket for insurance and what insurance should cover.
