You can change your name in aadhaar, but only once.
So changing name in aadhaar is simpler process. But you will be stuck with that spelling for life.

I would recommend to got for marksheet change first, amd them for aadhaar if cbse doesnt work out.

If you recently did your XII, it is easier the more recent it is. A simple application from school, and your affidavit would be enough.

It can raise problems. You can do one of the two things.

Het your 12th and 10th marksheet fixed. It’s a long and cumbersome process, but better in the long term.

Or, you can create the same name affidavit. It will state that the name in marksheet and name in aadhaar is the same person, and person is currently known as the name in aadhaar, and you will submit this affidavit every time you will present your marksheet. This might also have some expenses associated with it’s depending on the difference in spelling. The notary might ask you to publish ads in the newspaper (dont ask if they don’t say anything).

Technically, reddit is anonymous. But they might profile you from the post content, like if you shared an instance that only happened to you, will expose that it is you.

Most of that 2L is funneled through illegal processes and won’t be put anywhere legal, where it can be tracked. So consider it gone.

Another thing is, the current going “rate” or PR is $40-50K (around β‚Ή25-30L), where an employer hires you via LMIA, and you can work for that specific employer only till you get a PR (or Open work permit through other means).

I dont know what questions you asked, but in most cases, 2L will be just the “fees” of most of the people involved in the process where roughly $300 is the official government fees.

What did he tell you will happen after you give 2L?

This is the unfortunate reality, but yes, OP don’t change citizenship because of that.

If an entity is private, they can use anyone for representation (like BCCI, movies, football clubs etc), but if it is governed by govt entity e.g. SAI, they cannot do it.

So events like pro kabbadi, ipl, even cricket world cup can be participated by OCIs, but events like Olympics, commonwealth games can’t.
