Happened with me once. I went to the beach with my female friend. A transgender beggar approached me, asking for money. I politely declined, but he didn’t listen and became verbally aggressive. The situation escalated, and he was on the verge of physically harassing me. Fortunately, my friend had some coins, which she gave to him, diffusing the situation and calming me down. Had she not been there, things might have turned violent. I hate to say it, but I was prepared to knock him down because his harassment was extreme.

Mostly they are like this bcuz people believe in superficial things that whatever they say to you will come true, so they got a license where they know people & system won’t do anything to them. 😕
