It’s not like we met became friends and thought of living together. I needed to stay in this place for a while due to some work. I posted it in a telegram channel( that channel was specifically for that only) . She contacted me.

Exactly when I found out, I said I needed time to think whether I should continue staying or not. That is why she refunded the money. But phonepe screenshots be considered as proofs?

I don’t even know her. Met her through telegram. No rental/subletting agreement. And right now we are not even on talking terms with each other. She talks only if she has to ask money.

There is no written agreement. Even to the apartment owner and watchman she says I am her cousin/Friend.

But in this case it clearly seems consensual right!! Consensual sex between two adults would not be considered as rape right?
