      I was asking what equal pay, equal work principle was in relation to. Not a lawyer, so have to rely on google ๐Ÿคท๐Ÿปโ€โ™€๏ธ

      She’s still the junior most cos no one has been appointed to her office after her. Everyone else has decades of service.

      Have been telling her to apply for the allowances. So will see what happens after that. Thank you for taking the time to respond.

        Isn’t this for equal wages for male and female workers? Her issue currently is that she’s the junior most employee still, even though she has almost 6 years of service. So every time a retirement happens, the charge goes to her. Ideally new recruitments should happen, but they haven’t. Or charge allowance should be given to her, but she’s being discouraged from applying for it, saying there’s no guarantee it’ll be passed by their head office. Can she send legal notices for this?
