SI received a different processor and amazon and consumer helpline denied the refund or return. I paid using Amazon ICICI card when i called customer care they said its not possible to charge back since i have received the product even though the product is wrong.
What can be done now? I place order on 19th April.
SI received a fake processor from same seller. No refund and any help from consumer helpline as well. I have tried every but no luck! 14k loss and the PC setup is useless as well.Good luck to you bro!!
SYes i paid by ICICI Amazon credit card. I talked to the ICICI customer care on call and explained the case. They denied the chargeback request saying that i have received a product and they can’t help. Do you know any other way to log a dispute?SI guess thats the only way. I have been talking to them on call and chat. Asking them to transfer to seniors. Thanks for the suggestion i will keep trying until i get my money backSThats not the case for me sadly.
